The Chase Chiefs are committed to having their players recognized and rewarded by higher level leagues. During the 2007 – 2008 season the Chiefs players established themselves as committed, disciplined players that competed at every opportunity. The teams pace was difficult for their opponents to match and the team had many of their players affiliated to BCHL teams as a result of their on-ice habits and off-ice commitment.

The Chiefs had one player, David Killip, listed by the Memorial Cup champion Vancouver Giants during the season as result of his consistent play.
